Stay organized in your car with this adaptable car organizer! Two compartments keep items neatly arranged. A flat front pocket holds papers, while a side pocket holds pens and a charging phone. A seatbelt flap keeps it securely in place.

PATTERN PIECES INCLUDED. Dimensions of rectangular pieces also included for easy cutting of pieces using a rotary cutter and mat.

Fabric Requirements:  44″ wide cotton

Fabric 1: 1 1/2 yard (exterior, interior compartments, phone pocket)
Fabric 2: 3/4 yard (front pocket, divider, phone pocket, top border)

Materials Requirements:

2 yards heavy stabilizer
3 yards medium-weight FUSIBLE interfacing
2 D rings, size 1 ¼” (3.1 cm)
18″ - 7/8″ funky grosgrain ribbon or twill tape
4 Clothespins
Fabric marking pen
Needle for hand stitching
Coordinating thread
3″ hook and 4″ loop fastener (i.e. Velcro®)

 

Below:  A seatbelt flap keeps the organizer
securely in place on a seat.
